Crock Pot Apple Butter
Nothing says fall like some fresh apple butter on a warm biscuit!YUM!
8 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
4 cups white sugar
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS~~
Fill a slow cooker with diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Cover, and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 12 hours, or until thick and dark golden in color.

I just finished catching up with you and when I read about the look your son gave you when you tried to take his picture, I had to laugh. Annie is so sick of having her picture taken I have to sneak to do it. Apparently it's not cool to be on mommy's blog now LOL
I'll have to try making that apple butter sometime. It's sounds delicious!
